Individual therapy
Providing individual therapy in-person in Austin and virtual therapy throughout Texas
Sometimes it takes a third-party perspective to help navigate and process who we are, who we can be, and what we want out of life. I will provide a comfortable space to talk about the uncomfortable, and together, we will go deep so you can find the healing you deserve.
Using creative methods, experiential therapeutic tools, and a variety of therapeutic models, you will feel like you are becoming the person you want to be. Maybe that looks like someone who lives alongside their grief rather than drowning it. Or someone who through learning to listen to their body and utilizing coping skills, can stop intense anxiety from the very first sign. Whatever the case, I’m confident that through our work together, you will find a more secure, healed, and self-compassionate you. I am here to hold that space and show you that you are not alone. I will sit with you in your suffering and pain, witnessing your story.

The Process
I often first connect with clients through phone or email to set up a free 15-minute consultation call. If it feels like a good fit, we will schedule the 60 minute intake session. I often have availability within a week! Alternatively, you can use the ZocDoc link at the bottom of the page to see my upcoming availability for intake appointments and book your first session with me there. Before the first session, I'll send you some assessments and intake paperwork to learn more about you and the goals you have. Our first session will consist of learning about your history, exploring what brings you to therapy in more depth, and discussing a plan for treatment.
Starting therapy and showing up for yourself can be hard to do AND you can do hard things! You will discover that you are more resilient than you think you are, and everything you need to heal is already within you. Therapy just gives it a roadmap.
In-Person Therapy
I see client in-person at my downtown Austin office on Mondays. The address is 821 W. 11th Street. My office is located in a little blue house with plenty of free parking for clients. If we have an appointment scheduled for in-person, I’ll email you pictures and instructions for parking and where to sit inside while you wait for your appointment to begin. For both in-person and virtual sessions, I use a secure, private, and HIPAA-compliant AI note taking platform designed for mental health processionals called Upheal.
Virtual Therapy
I see clients virtually Tuesday through Friday using Upheal’s video platform. This platform allows me to be more present in our sessions, rather than spending time in session taking notes. Additionally, if we decide to have EMDR has part of your treatment, I also use a virtual EMDR specific platform.
Consultation
Please contact me to set up your free 15-minute consultation call to discuss your reason for seeking individual therapy, your goals, and learn what you can expect from me as your therapist. This time is also used to see if we are a good fit to form a therapeutic relationship.
I believe in safe, accessible, and affordable reproductive healthcare. The therapy I provide is a safe space to share and speak openly about emotions and concerns about legislature
that have put certain individuals and groups at risk.
