Hi, I’m Arielle

…and I’m your new relational therapist

Where sass meets healing, one empowered session at a time.

I’m a relational therapist in Austin, Texas, and I. Love. This. Work.

I am a trained complex trauma EMDR and KAP clinician, as well as a Level Two Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. By fostering a warm, comfortable, inviting, and non-judgmental environment, I provide a space where clients feel comfortable processing difficult emotions so they can leave the session feeling a greater sense of resilience, confidence, and happiness. It is truly an honor to witness my clients find a stronger sense of self by embracing vulnerability and curiosity.

One of the best parts about my job is the connection I make with the clients I work with. In fact, as a relational therapist, I believe that the most important tool for client change and growth is the relationship and connection between the client and therapist. In the therapy space, I emphasize the human-to-human bond that is real and authentic. That’s where we start.

Originally from the Baltimore area, I moved to Austin in 2016 with only what fit in my car. I value authenticity, humor, and vulnerability and feel confident that through the work I’ve done to process and honor the challenging experiences I’ve gone through, I’ve become a more curious and self-compassionate person and therapist.

When I’m not holding down the therapeutic space, I enjoy professionally speaking and writing. I’ve spoken at conferences and universities around the country and in 2019, had the privilege of becoming a TEDx speaker in Colorado Springs. In 2022, I released my first book, Adding the E: Perspectives of Grief Through Recounts, Letters, and Poetry.

As a “validating challenger”, I’ll help you get through life’s BS- and your own. Get ready to sass up your psyche!

I strongly believe in reproductive justice, and for you to have the right to your own body. As a Texas mental health provider, I take pride in providing a safe and affirming space for all womxn. While working with me, I will advocate with you and for you to access safe, reproductive care. You are the expert in your life experience; no one else.
