Hey, I’m Your New Therapist
My name’s Arielle, like R-E-L, and I’m here to help you feel better. I primarily offer Grief and Trauma Therapy, while additionally specializing in Eating Disorders and Body Image Challenges; Chronic Illness and Medical Trauma; LGBTQIA+ support; and Life Transitions. I believe in authenticity, compassion, giggles, and the power of connection. That is what I love most about being a therapist- the connection I have the privilege of making with my clients.
Outside of therapy, I love solo traveling to places like New Zealand and Australia, doing photoshoots with my dog Cucumber Shania Twain, and finding the best gluten free pasta in Austin.
I’m passionate about the work I get to do and therapeutic models I can offer the people I work with to find pieces of themselves that felt lost, needed compassion, or maybe, they didn’t even know existed. I’ve got your back and I’ll keep it real with you while we talk about the pain, the successes, the losses, and the transitions.

Life Hit Hard. Now It’s Your Turn.
Grief and trauma change you—sometimes suddenly, sometimes so slowly you barely notice until everything feels heavier, quieter, or out of control. You may be exhausted from “holding it together,” overwhelmed by anxieties, depression, or memories that won’t settle. Feeling stuck between wanting to move forward and feeling guilty for even trying. As a grief and trauma therapist, I understand those invisible battles—the numbness, the anger, the fog, the ache that doesn’t go away just because time passes.
This is where I come in. I create a space where you don’t have to perform, justify, or minimize your pain. With evidence-based trauma therapy, deep compassion, and a steady presence, I help you untangle what’s weighing on your mind and rebuild the parts of your life that grief and trauma have disrupted. You bring the truth of your experience. I bring the expertise, the tools, and the unwavering belief that healing is possible for you. Together, we’ll help you find your footing again. Let’s get to work.
Here’s how i work…
